This year's Tringe Aperitif continues with a fabulous line of great acts - Chloe Petts, Steff Todd and Ray Badran make up a wonderful line up. They are all testing their new shows in the most intimate of settings at the Coach House.

Ray Badran
Ray Badran is a stand-up comedian and writer. Originally from Sydney, Ray has performed in England, Wales, Scotland, Holland, Norway, Belgium, America, Hong Kong, New Zealand and across Australia.
In 2017, he created and starred in the Comedy Central Australia/New Zealand TV show No Experience Necessary and hosted the ABC Comedy Podcast Positions Vacant (Top 5 comedy podcasts in Australia, Top 20 overall podcasts in Australia). He was also awarded Best International Guest Comedian by the New Zealand Comedy Guild.
Ray has written comedy for various TV shows, comedians, advertising agencies, theatre, radio, and more.
Renowned for his off-beat observational comedy, Ray has written comedy for various TV shows, comedians, advertising agencies, theatre, radio and more. He performed two solo shows Raised and Confused (2015) and Junior (2016) at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and has appeared twice on the Sydney Comedy Festival Gala. Now based in London, Ray is a regular in all the national clubs and brought his debut solo show Everybody Loves Ray, Man to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019 where it was met with critical acclaim.

Steff Todd
A quickly ascending new comedian from Yorkshire who has made a name for herself with hilarious impressions, an impeccable wit and cutting one-liners.
Winner of Funny Women’s Queen of the Meme and a runner-up in Hilarity Bites New Act of the Year 2017.
Steff performed at the Edinburgh Fringe 2017 as part of CKP’s Lunchtime Special and also hosted Funny Women during the festival. She has done a work in progress solo show at Leicester Comedy Festival 2018.
She’s well-known for her brilliant joke writing and likeable, quirky persona. She was a hit on Gary Delaney and Caimh McDonnell’s topical panel show Panelbeaters.
She attended a short course at The Arts Education Schools London and then went onto David Johnson School of Acting. It was here Steff began doing impersonations. Some of her celebrity impressions can be seen here.

Chloe Petts
Chloe Petts’ “inexhaustibly funny mind” (Diva Magazine) and “compelling presence” (Steve Bennett, Chortle) has established her as one of the most exciting new acts on the circuit.
Chloe is an alumna of the prestigious Pleasance Comedy Reserve, has been shortlisted for the BBC Comedy Award, was a finalist in the most recent Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year Awards and came runner-up in the Funny Women Awards 2017.
She has appeared on Channel 4’s Random Acts and BBC 3 Quickies.
She is a co-founder of The Lol Word, a queer comedy collective that hosts sell-out monthly London nights, boasting the finest female and non-binary queer acts on the circuit. Their most recent Edinburgh run was a sell-out. Diva Magazine has described it as “a space that is demographically queer, inclusive, and safe, and on top of all of that – the comedic talent is smart, insightful, hilarious, and completely relatable.”
